A home inspection is a thorough evaluation of a property’s condition, typically conducted before a sale. A professional home inspector assesses key aspects of the home, including the structure, foundation, roof, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and more. The goal is to identify any existing or potential issues that could affect the safety, functionality, or value of the property. The inspection results help buyers make informed decisions and negotiate repairs or price adjustments with the seller, ensuring transparency and reducing the risk of unexpected problems after purchase.
Getting a home inspection is essential to ensure you're making an informed investment. A home inspection identifies potential problems, such as structural issues, electrical hazards, plumbing leaks, or roofing concerns, that may not be visible during a casual walkthrough. By uncovering these issues, the inspection can help you negotiate repairs or price adjustments or prevent unexpected expenses, and ensure the property is safe and up to standard. Ultimately, it protects your financial investment and provides peace of mind in your home purchase or sale.
We understand how important time is and we look for every way that we can to make the inspection process streamlined. That is why we do not require anyone to be present during the inspection. It is fully up to the agent/buyer/seller. All of our findings are organized and saved into an easy to read & thorough report, which you will receive within 24hrs. We stay in constant communication with you throughout the process, and we are available for phone or video calls where the inspector can break down the report with you. This allows us to explain our findings and answer any questions you may have when it is most convenient for our clients.
Throughout the inspection, it takes a significant amount of time to compile all of the findings and details of the home. We dive deep into the aspects of the property and strive to deliver reports within 24 hrs of the inspection, but in some rare cases it may take up to 3 business days. We want to assure our reports exceed your expectations. When the report is ready, we'll send you an email with a link to the digital report where you can review it online and download.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. It forms from the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water and can seep into homes and buildings through cracks in the foundation, walls, and floors. While low levels of radon are typically harmless, prolonged exposure to high concentrations can pose serious health risks, including lung cancer. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. after smoking. Because it cannot be detected by the senses, the only way to know if a property has elevated radon levels is through specialized testing.
